Today I woke up to over heating... Good Grief our landlord keeps the temp at like 85.. Way to hot!! I had to open the windows just to cool off our house.
So a little more snow today.... and these CRAZY Alaska drivers .... they just pass you like you are standing steal. It just drives me nuts. oh well i have seen plenty of wreaks.
Went to Kk's house and demolished the bathroom.. he he :) she knows... and I got all the Kitchen and Dining room ready to paint .. Cant wait till she comes back and sees it. Another 3 weeks to go... and that is a good thing since we have to paint, retile and put in hard wood floors.
My brain tonight is going at least 100 miles a min. I have so many topics on my mind... its nuts.
Thinking about some new things we bought... and thinking of things i would like to get in the next few months.
Ok well since i cant not concentrate then i will say good night and talk tomorrow..

Sunday
Holly Crap I have been so busy.
Yesterday Rob and I went with my friend Kaylee to home depot and got some flooring and some tile and other stuff. Then off to dinner with the kids ...Kriners Dinner Rules. That place is awesome. Big burgers. Big food. Just plain yummy.. After dinner ,,, Back to the house for a game of Scrabble... that was kinda funny.. Kaylee kicked Robs butt then Rian kicked my butt... what can I say.
So Sunday,
Began a little early.. was up late :) and up early. Bed @ 2am and up @ 4:15 am. I got a nice privilege to drive a good friend to the air port. She has to be on the east cost for 3 weeks. Some kinda training. Anyhow Rob and I are going to put in flooring and tile 2 bathrooms, while she is away. I am looking forward to it. Learn something new. Plus I get to paint and this is good for a creative mind.
Rob and I went shopping today. We got a much needed Shelf with 3 levels on it. Placed it right in the corner so our pots and pans could have a place to live on :)
We also went shopping for food. It has been such a long time since we have went REAL food shopping. Now our fridge is full and hour Freezer is full. it just plain nice. We made Lasagna for dinner... well ok Rob made it. But if you have ever eaten at my house you know what a fantastic cook Rob is. 2 full 9x13 pans and we only ate 1 pan full. So lucky us we got to put one in the freezer and Rob also made a ton of sauce so that means we have spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce too.
Today when I woke up and headed out the door it was snowing... Alaska snow is a little diff. Because it has been in the high 30"s (around 35-37) when the snow was mushed into the pavement it turns into ice. Then the ice says ... anyhow not a big deal to me... I have drove on ice. The thing I find funny is that I posted on FaceBook a pic and got comments like wow cant believe it snowed.. I find it hilarious .... I mean really . come on IDAHO, we get freaking snow and bad snow,.. Alaska is not that bad of place to live ... but shhhs dont tell them that. they can keep on believing its terrible here... when its not.
Dinner was great ... my life is wonderful ... I am surrounded Near and Far with the people I love, and who love me....
Cant ask for anything better!!!

Saturday Morning
I had such a fantastic night with my hubby. We went out to a local pub. Where we had dinner. The best corn-beef and Cabbage that we have ever had. So wonder delicious.
Although I did not get so see the movie starts ...(John Cusack or Nick Cage) They were filming just down the street from us. :D The boys and I were at the 5th Ave Mall and crossing the cat walk and I over heard some girl saying "no I didnt see him.... I cant take a pic.. my phone sucks, yeah they are just down below me .. I hope I get to see him.) Anyhow I was like what the crap is she talking about. Just then I seen all the Cameras and lighting... and a LARGE crowd gathered watching.
I find it SO awesome that they are filming "on frozen ground" and lets face it John Cusack is just yummy. I would love to see him in person. They have been here filming for a week and will be here for 3 more. so maybe i will see him.
So while at the mall i bought some new boots and some new shape ups. I cant believe that I have ruined a pair in 6 mo. CRAZY. On the plus side I got both pairs for $21. AWESOME.

Friday.
October 28, 2011..I look forward to Friday every week. I get to go out with my love. We have made it a point that we spend that night together. This Friday my boys were out of school and we just kinda hung around the house. Around 4 Seth and I went walking. We picked up a 50lb bag of flour and 25lb of Sugar. The bad thing was not the walking persay but was the walking up hill with those bags. ugh. FEEL THE BURN!!
July/Aug...So since I moved to the great state of Alaska, I have been a busy. We got here in July and I was feeling down and out. I had gained some weight back while I was in Idaho. I was feeling very unsure of things, and yet still excited at the same time. The kids and I spent the days fishing and exploring. Rob spent his time working :( and we enjoyed our weekends together. I didnt have any friends here except Ruthanne and Jamie. I had no job. That was frustrating.
Aug/sept.....Kids went back to school and I FINALLY got a job. Thank you to Jamie, I stated to clean some houses. Kids were making friends. And I had to send them on weird little assignments. Like when they said they had a new friend.. and I asked what there name was and the boys said " I dont know" I had assignments for them, like find out LOL. Now the kids are making great friends and hanging out with them.
Oct....Still cleaning houses and taking care of my kids and wonderful hubby. I am enjoying life and things are good. We are soon going to get a good car and maybe in the spring a new place to live. This house is too small but is working just fine for now. I was so worried about the kids being so grouchy at one another being in a small place but, they are doing well.
I know I have lost weight... although dont own a scale in AK. Mine is in Idaho. My clothes are fitting better or just falling off. I do believe that I have found the key to a good relations ship... TEAM WORK and LOVE. Rob and I are a team and work together for the good of our lives together. We make time for one another. Something I find most people dont do. Get out of your married rut and make time for each other..cause in the end the man/woman is who you chose and who chose you. This is the one that in the end when the kids are gone will be by your side.
I know my Hubby is my best friend. I love him like there is no tomorrow.

Although I feel like most people look at it as another country. It very well could be, since we are so far from all the rest of the states.
